Shipping & Delivery
Our delivery time is one to three business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking from the respective shipping service provider immediately after dispatch. If this is not the case, please send us an email to: shop@kronstadtbrand.com.
Our shipping partners DHL, GLS, and DHL Express will send you an email with the parcel announcement. Through this, you can specify your preferred delivery location, such as a parcel shop, or change the delivery day. Via tracking, you also have the option to have your parcel delivered to a neighbor or to adjust the drop-off location.
What happens if I haven't received anything after three days? If you have not received an order confirmation and/or tracking information, please contact our customer service at shop@kronstadtbrand.com. We will be happy to help you.
Free delivery on orders over €79. The standard shipping cost within Germany is €3.90 per package.
Once you receive your shipping confirmation, you can change the delivery location with the respective shipping partner and, for example, enter your neighbor's address. Otherwise, if the delivery cannot be made, it will be returned to us.
Returns & Refunds
A free return label is included with your package. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service and we will create a new one for you.
After inspecting your return, we will immediately refund the amount via your original payment method. For some payment providers, this process can take up to 10 business days. We ask for your understanding.
Please return the item with the enclosed return label and notify customer service by email about the complaint. We will arrange a replacement or a refund as soon as possible.
For us, the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers are our top priority. If you are demonstrably not satisfied with an item, please contact our customer service.
Payment
Paypal, Klarna, Purchase on account, Klarna instant purchase and credit card (For payments from Switzerland, foreign transaction fees may apply.)
Please understand that our customer service has no way of enabling a payment option for you if it is not offered. Due to data protection, we also cannot see why this is the case. We check which payment method we can offer with each order. Therefore, your payment method may be available again for your next order. Please check if there are any open orders and settle them. If your delivery and billing address entries do not match, you can adjust them before completing the order.
