Returns & Refunds

 

You can return unworn items within 30 days.
Using the return label from the package, your return will always go to the correct address – free of charge, of course.
The credit will be issued within 10 days after we have received your package.

1. PREPARATION

If you wish to return items, please use the enclosed free return label.

2. SHIPPING

You can return the items within 30 days. To do this, drop off the package, franked with the enclosed return label, at a Hermes shop or Hermes parcel station of your choice within 30 days.

 

3. REFUND

Once the items have been received by us, they will be processed, checked, and released for refund as quickly as possible. The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original order.
